This was a good place to start for me. I didn't have much knowledge on what to do with an exercise and diet program but the products all come with loads of instructions and there's plenty of customer support too. I called them a few times and they were surprisingly helpful. They even sent me out a stack of articles and guides on how to do different exercises.
